The Boss BE-5M is a rare and rugged multi-effects unit for bass guitar, part of the BE-series released in the late 1980s to early 1990s. It features five built-in analog effects: compressor, overdrive, EQ, chorus, and digital delay — all optimized for bass frequencies. The "M" version includes a tuner and MIDI capability, making it more versatile for live or studio setups.
