1. General
Guitar Pedals For You is registered in the Netherlands (KvK 84639113), located in Sprundel. For questions, contact us at info@guitarpedalsforyou.com.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all our offers, sales, deliveries and exchanges—regardless of whether they are made through our webshop, email, Reverb, Marktplaats, or any other platform.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in euros, including VAT. Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries and charge statutory interest and collection fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship while supplies last. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Visible transport damage must be reported to the courier immediately; hidden damage within 2 days of receipt.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
Consumers may return their product within 14 days after receipt. Return costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective. Refunds (including initial shipping) will be issued within 14 days after a valid return.
6. Warranty
A 30-day warranty applies to manufacturing or material defects. Damage due to misuse or normal wear is excluded.
7. Exchange
Products may be exchanged within 14 days. Sale or customized items are excluded.
8. Pedalswap (Trade-In)
Trade-in items cannot be returned. New items received via trade-in can only be traded in again at a lower value. The right of withdrawal does not apply to trade-in transactions.
9. Liability
We are only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Our liability is capped at the order value or the insured amount. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
10. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the issue is discovered.
11. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (e.g., power outages, strikes, government measures), we are not liable for delays or non-performance.
12. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in our place of business.
